On the hills of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, after the thunder of lightning and melting of snow, the cluster grows naturally in the forests there. Being born in bushes and thick grass, finding these bunches is hard work. In such a situation, people from nearby rural areas go out into the forests to search for it since morning. Being a rarity, big companies and hotels buy them out of hand. Found in the month of February-March, this bunch is harvested in the months of April and June.
