According to a report, the age of these locusts is only 90 days. These locusts, capable of flying up to a height of about 5,000 feet in the air, can easily eat twice their weight. Before coming to India, this swarm of locusts has caused havoc in Africa. According to some reports, there has been a shortage of food in Africa after their invasion.
