September 18, 2020: Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely over Coastal areas of Karnataka. South-East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Odisha, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nagaland, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Konkan, Goa, Coastal region of Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Space region of Karnataka, Kerala and some areas of Mahe It may rain. Thunderstorm and lightning with a speed of 50-60 km per hour have been predicted over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is very likely in various areas of South-East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Coastal region of Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana and Rayalaseema. Strong wind speed reaching 45-55 kmph over West Arabian Sea, Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, Lakshadweep , Gulf of Mannar, southwest Bay of Bengal, southeast and east-central Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea can walk. Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas.

September 19, 2020: Heavy and torrential rains are expected over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka, Kerala and some areas of Mahe. Heavy rain is very likely over South-East Rajasthan, Odisha, Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan, Goa, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, North Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning with a speed of 50 to 60 kmph is very likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning can be heard in various areas of East-Uttar Pradesh, South-East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. Strong wind speed reaching 45-55 kmph over West Arabian Sea, Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, Lakshadweep , Gulf of Mannar, southwest Bay of Bengal, southeast and east-central Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea can walk. Heavy rain is very likely to occur over southern Chhattisgarh, Gangetic West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan, Goa, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana and some parts of North Interior Karnataka. Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning speed of 50-60 kmph is very likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning in isolated areas of East Uttar Pradesh, South-East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal can also be heard. Wind speed can be up to 45-55 kmph. Fishermen are advised to stay away from these areas.
