Ways to protect mango from pests and diseases

Mango is the king of all fruits. Even so, why not, mango is everyone's favorite fruit. For a good crop of mango, it is very important to take care of it. If there is a slight mistake in the care of mango, then many types of pests and diseases can ruin the mango. Through this post, you can get information about some major keto and diseases.

  • Termites: Termites feed on the roots by living inside the soil and make tunnels inside the tree and grow upwards. To avoid this, spraying of Reagent SC (Fipronil 5% SC) @ 2 ml per liter should be done. Apart from this, you can also spray Lethal Esi 20% (Chloropyrifos 20 Ec) at the rate of 2 ml per liter.

  • Pest pest: This pest causes maximum damage to the mango crop. To avoid this, spraying of Tatamida (Imidacloprid 17.8 SL) @ 0.5 - 1.0 ml per liter should be done. Along with this, sprinkling neem oil with 3000 ppm mixed in 2 ml water can also get rid of this pest.

  • White powdery mildew: This disease is caused due to the rainy season at the time of arrival. In this disease, the flowers and flowers turn white and dry up and fall. By spraying 250 grams of Corthane in 500 liters of water, you can get rid of this disease.

Burning of leaves: This disease occurs due to deficiency of potassium and excess of chloride. To avoid this disease, 5% potassium sulphate should be sprayed.
