The problem of weeds in crops increases during the rainy season. Due to this there is reduction in production by 30 to 70 percent. Through this post, you can get information about weed control as well as irrigation.

  • Weed control is very important for 30 to 40 days after sowing of soybean.

  • After 40 to 45 days of germination, weeding and weeding should destroy the weeds.

  • To destroy weeds in 15-20 days old plants, spray 1 liter of quagelhop ethyl per hectare of land.

  • To destroy broadleaf weeds, spray 750 ml of Imjethafire per hectare of land.

  • After 2-3 days of sowing, spraying of 100-200 liters of water per acre with 800 ml Pendimethalin can prevent weeds.

  • Weed control can also be done by spraying 1.65 to 2.2 liters of Basalin in 800 to 1000 liters of water per hectare of field.

  • Soybean crop does not require irrigation when there is good rainfall.

  • Soybean crop should be irrigated 2 to 3 times.

  • Irrigation is very important at the time of pod formation. The lack of water during this time affects the yield of the crop.

  • If there is less moisture content in the field then apply light irrigation 1-2 times.
