Powdery mildew disease: This disease caused by fungus called Erysiphi polygonae spreads rapidly in hot and dry environment. Yellow Chittery Disease: It is also known as Yellow Mosaic Disease. In the beginning of this disease, small yellow spots are formed on the leaves. As the disease progresses, the entire leaf turns yellow. This disease stops the growth of plants and also reduces the number of pods. To control this disease, spray 400 ml Dimethoate 30 EC per acre of land.
