  • Do not forget to clean your hands after touching the handrail, lift door, lift button etc.

  • Do yoga and pranayama every day to increase your immunity.

  • Stay away from cold beverages and drink hot water, tea etc.

  • Consume a decoction made from basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger or ginger daily.
